The group is mainly involving the research of organic/polymer semiconductors for energy devices, including:
Conducting polymers: film fabrication and processing, properties and applications for organic solar cells and energy storage deivces;
Flexible/large area/stretchable photovoltaic devices: low-cost solution-processed organic/polymer single-juntion, tandem solar cells;
Surface and interfaces: particularly on low-work function interfaces by ultrathin polymer layers, self-assembly monolayers and n-doped layers.
